Not every company needs a business web site design. Do not commission a web site just because you feel that you should and everyone else is getting one.

If you operate a business that is running to maximum capacity through referrals and you do not want to expand your business by taking on more employees. Then you probably do not need a web site.

If you are certain that none of potential customers will look for your business or services on the internet (bearing in mind a very large percentage of the population now has internet access) then you probably do not need a web site.
