The owner of Bonnie's Skin Care Salon came to Sys-Cor with an incomplete website and wanting to go live. Sys-cor reviewed the website and pointed out that the design that was done for her a photographers website and was lacking the impact and features of a website providing a personal service and products. The theme that was started at the opening page was lost within the interior pages and consisted of black and white colors. All communications through the website was causing the owner to lose potential clients and the navigation was difficult to understand. Thankfully the owner had her nephew create the initial website, who was a photographer, and didn't cost her anything.
Since the owner liked the entry page theme layout of the initial site, Sys-cor was able to build on the concept, but making it a more colorful and brighter theme and blend with the interior pages. Enhancing the product and services presentation with an easy to follow flow and added visuals made the pages more appealing for reading. All communications through the website are now captured into the database for later use with the i-MailBlaster™ , a utility used to announce monthly specials, new items and services. Visitor interaction was added to the website with lightbox presentations when viewing informational videos and reading PDF articles. The implementation of i-SiteCentral™ now permits the owner to easily make adding or updating products and services as simple as creating an email. Sys-Cor also added an automatic coupon generator/printer that changed its expiration date two days after the visiting date. The owner is also able to easily modify the coupon as needed. The project was able to go live 6 days after it was started.
