Sys-Cor was contacted by Banana Moon for our expertise in implementing business ecommerce. Their original website design was started by a local designer in Canada. After waiting nearly 6 months and costing nearly $8,000, their website was not completed and they found the administration control panel was almost impossible to use. Their webmaster now wanted more money to complete the website.
The project required multi-currency for both Canada and US dollars, reseller maintenance with reseller pricing, and coupon acceptance was a must. It was also required that the maintenance of their inventory items needed to be EASY and intuitive to add and manage new products. They also wanted their online catalog presentation to be lively and colorful. A daily quote module, survey module and an article library module was also to be incorporated.
